Class of Travel
Lufthansa offers four classes of travel:

Economy class passengers are allowed 1 piece each up to 8kgs for carry-on and 15-30 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Airport & Terminal
Berlin Brandenburg Airport "Willy Brandt" (BER) has opened. Since November 8, 2020, all Lufthansa flights to and from Berlin have taken place at the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) can be reached via its own train station with fast train and S-Bahn connections to downtown Berlin. In addition, an Airport Express runs between Berlin's main train station and BER Airport. In addition, there are various bus connections and a direct link to the highway. Lufthansa has a new home in Terminal 1 of the new Capital Airport, including a WorldShop flagship store. From here, Lufthansa regularly flies directly to Frankfurt and Munich airports. This means that all Lufthansa destinations are also available from Berlin with only one change of flight. You will find access to the Lufthansa Lounge on Level 1 near Gate B20. At the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), you can expect short distances and a wide range of stores, restaurants and service facilities. The centerpiece is the approximately 9,000-square-meter marketplace in Terminal 1 - directly after the security checkpoint. From here, you can reach your gate quickly and easily and still have time to stroll, store or visit the observation deck.
