About
UTair is a Russian airline which is operates scheduled domestic, international helicopter services and charter flights. The airline was founded in the wake of the break up of the Aeroflot organisation in 1991.

Travel Class
UTair provides three travel classes:
Business Class: UTair provides Business class guests with priority boarding, check-in and baggage clearance. Passengers can also access the business lounges and make changes/modify/ cancel their reservations at a nominal fee. Guests also get a generous 20kg allowance for sports gear in Business class.
Premium Economy Class: UTair provides a generous baggage allowance with the option of an upgrade to Business class. Passengers also receive priority boarding and complimentary seat selection during check-in with a premium ticket.
Economy Class: Utair offers Economy passengers with two fare types in Economy class: Optimum and Minimum. While they differ in baggage allowance and upgrades, the cabin class has wide seat pitch with ample legroom.

Baggage Allowance
Utair passengers can bring along one small Carry-On luggage and Checked baggage needs to be purchased as per individual requirement. Each checked-in baggage can weigh up to 18kgs and one passenger can purchase up to 4 checked-in baggage. Details for passengers with extra luggage can be read here.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

In-flight Services
UTair offers passengers with a buy-on-board menu which consists of snacks, hot/cold beverages. All special meals can be requested 24 hours before departure by contacting the airline directly to know more about the options.

Frequent Flyer Programme
UTair STATUS Loyalty Progam is UTair's flyer program which allows members to earn miles while flying in any cabin class. Members also receive awards and can transfer miles to other members. Children are eligible for a 50% discount upon registration.

Onboard Support
UTair provides assistance to passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check-in are provided by on-ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their needs. Expectant mothers, parents of unaccompanied children, differently-abled personals by directly contacting customer care.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through UTair sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
